Order and Status
How will I know when my order is ready?
For pickup orders, La Madeleine will send an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to the store.
For local delivery orders, you will receive an email when your order is on the way and another once it has been delivered.
For shipped orders, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package through the courier’s website.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status through your order confirmation email. For pickup orders, please wait until your order is marked Ready for Pickup before coming to the store.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Local delivery is typically available as soon as the next day. Shipped orders require approximately 24 hours for fulfillment before dispatch. We offer overnight, express, and ground shipping options.
If your order is needed by a specific date, please include that information in the note section at checkout. Our team will make every effort to ensure timely arrival.
Pickup
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Please bring a valid government-issued ID to verify that you are an adult 21+ and authorized to collect the order. We also recommend having your order number available, which can be found in your confirmation email.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes. Anyone picking up an order must be an adult 21+ and present a valid government-issued ID. They must also be authorized to collect the order on your behalf.
Local Delivery
Why isn’t local delivery available in my area?
Local delivery is available only within a limited service radius. If local delivery is unavailable at your address, shipment options may still be available.
I’d like to send a gift by local delivery. What information do I need?
Please provide the recipient’s full name, delivery address, phone number, and any special delivery instructions at checkout. We also recommend confirming that the recipient will be available to receive the order.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Yes. Delivery may be scheduled directly through our website. You are also welcome to email info@lamadeleinedesigns.com to confirm your preferred delivery date.
Shipping
Do you send tracking details?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is required when a shipped order is delivered?
All shipped orders must be signed for upon delivery by an adult with a valid government-issued ID.
Gifting
Do you offer custom gifting or corporate orders?
Yes. We offer custom gifting and corporate orders for a minimum of $4,000. Please contact us to begin creating a tailored gifting experience.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely. A note section is available in your cart where you may add a personalized gift message before completing your order.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
For custom orders we require a 50% downpayment and accept wire transfers.
Return / Support
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
For changes to an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lamadeleinedesigns.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I add delivery instructions after placing my order?
Yes. Please email info@lamadeleinedesigns.com with your delivery instructions as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
